A local family from Altnaveigh Road, Newry, is enjoying a warmer and more energy efficient home thanks to natural gas supplier, firmus energy and the Warm Homes Scheme.
The homes of Mrs McMullan from Downpatrick, was recently made 43% more energy efficient by replacing its Petroleum Gas system with a new oil central heating system installed through the Warm Homes Scheme.

Pensioner Tony Kerr is the first person in the Ballymena area to receive assistance from the New Warm Homes scheme to help improve his home heating system.
